4.What Operating System should I install on my server?

Depending on your requirements, you can use Linux if you are using PHP, Perl or mySQL with your website. If you are using ASP or MS SQL, then Windows would be the most suitable. Please note that Linux is free, whereas Windows is not. You will have to pay an extra $10-$40 (depending on location) for Windows monthly license fee.

5.How long does it take to activate my order?

It usually takes between 24-48 hours to process and activate your order depending on availability. Some servers with special requirements may take up to 7 business days.
